This Privacy Policy explains how Mohanad Games ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our games, websites, and related online services. Some features described below are available only in certain games.

• Account information: identifiers supplied by Apple, Google, or another sign-in provider, and information such as your email address, display name, and profile image when the provider or you make it available.
• Player profile: your public player ID, display name, biography, profile image, virtual currency balance, experience, and account settings.
• Gameplay information: progress, challenge attempts, answers, completion times, scores, rankings, rewards, multiplayer invitations, room participation, match events, and results.
• Social and user-generated content: friend requests and relationships, blocks, virtual currency gifts, chat messages, profile images, and reports submitted about players or content.
• Purchase information: product, transaction, receipt, entitlement, and refund information needed to validate in-app purchases, deliver virtual currency, prevent duplicate credit, and respond to store refund processes. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Notification information: device identifiers, push notification tokens, notification preferences, and delivery information for contest, social, chat, and multiplayer notifications.
• Technical and security information: app version, device and operating system information, IP address, request and error logs, timestamps, rate-limit events, and signals used to protect accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Advertising and analytics information: depending on the game and your platform settings, advertising or analytics providers may process advertising identifiers, device information, interactions, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

How We Use Information

• Provide accounts and synchronize eligible progress and balances between devices.
• Operate challenges, leaderboards, rewards, friendships, chat, gifting, notifications, and multiplayer games.
• Validate purchases, handle refunds, prevent duplicate rewards, and protect the in-game economy.
• Review reports, enforce blocks and restrictions, moderate misuse, and protect players and the service.
• Diagnose errors, maintain performance, prevent attacks, and improve our games and services.
• Deliver and measure advertising where a game includes advertising and applicable settings permit it.

Information Visible to Other Players

Your public player ID, display name, profile image, biography, gameplay results, and leaderboard position may be visible to other players depending on the feature you use. Chat messages are shared with their intended conversation participants, and multiplayer activity is shared with match participants. We do not make your email address or private sign-in identifier public.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide and protect our services, including with:

• Other players: for public profiles, leaderboards, friendships, chat, gifts, invitations, and multiplayer matches as described above.
• Service providers: such as Apple and Google for sign-in and purchases, Cloudflare for hosting, storage, security, and realtime services, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, and advertising or analytics providers used by a particular game.
• Legal and safety recipients: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, transactions, or the security of the service.
• Business successors: if the service or its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising partners may process information under their own policies and your device or consent settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information while your account remains active and retain other information only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect users, prevent fraud, process purchases or refunds, and meet legal obligations.

Games with accounts provide an in-app account deletion option. Deleting an account removes the account and associated profile, social relationships, messages, images, and gameplay data according to the service deletion process. Limited purchase, refund, security, or report records may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, safety, accounting, or legal compliance.

Your Choices

• Edit eligible profile information from within the game.
• Control push notifications through in-game settings and your operating system settings.
• Remove friends, block players, and report abusive players or content where social features are offered.

• Delete your account or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access, restricted administrative tools, encrypted network transport, request limits, and abuse controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those services and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our games, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
